Lot Attendant Russell’s Auto Sales 884 Twilight Hollow Road, Charleroi, PA 15022 Job Overview We are high volume truck body and trailer dealer located in Charleroi, PA. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in unloading and warehousing new truck bodies, trailers, and truck accessories. Other duties include maintaining a clean shop, Warehouse, and sales lot. Checking in new inventory and managing the sales lot, assisting customers with their vehicles, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly as they arrive and guide them to the department they are looking for. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales lot, warehouse, and shop. Assist technicians and management with projects as needed. Wash new units and help with pictures for internet sales listings. Assist with hooking and unhooking trailers to and from customer’s vehicles. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to address any inquiries or concerns. Uphold safety standards while driving and parking vehicles in the lot. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. General mechanical knowledge is a plus. Willing to be trained in the operation of a forklift and other material handling equipment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
