Parking Lot Attendant/Cashier Bowens Wharf Co., Inc. 13 Bowens Whf, Newport, RI 02840 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our privately owned lot by managing vehicle organization, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently. Responsibilities Organize and maintain the vehicle lot, ensuring all cars are parked in an orderly manner. Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding vehicle status, customer needs or any issues. Skills Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Experience or familiarity with retail math concepts. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
