A Call Center Sales Representative makes calls to solicit donations, sales or orders for goods or services, working from a business call center. Makes outbound calls to encourage sales and develop sales leads, and receives inbound calls from prospective customers. May work for a business that provides telemarketing services to other companies or organizations.

- Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
