Animal Anatomy is one of the most basic important professional courses in veterinary and animal science. The course has a total of 4 credits and 64 hours, including 48 hours for lectures and 16 hours for experiments. It is the science of studying on the morphological and structural rules of normal livestock and poultry organism, including swine, horse, cattle, goat, dog and chick. There are 14 chapters in the course. The chapters 1-13 are consisted of locomotor system, digestive system, respiratory system, reproductive system, cardiovascular system, lymphatic system, nervous system, endocrine system, sensory organ and integument in livestock. The chapter 14 describes the anatomical characteristic in avian. Finishing the study of the contents of chapters, the students know the form of each organ in detail, and memorize the structure, name and position relation of each organ.
