AD DS Security with Lab: domain controllers, account security, audit authentication, managed service accounts, PSO What you'll learn: Securing domain controllersSecurity risks that can affect domain controllersModifying the security settings of domain controllersWhat are RODCs?Deploying an RODCConfiguring a password replication policyImplementing account securityPassword policiesAccount lockout policiesConfiguring a fine-grained password policyTools for creating PSOsImplementing audit authenticationAccount logon and logon eventsConfiguring managed service accounts This course is aimed to IT Pros and is supposed to give the viewer the information they need to know to get started with Active Directory (AD DS) and its key concepts. The goal is to provide coverage of ADDScomponents of advanced AD DS deployments, how to deploy a distributed AD DS environment and· Configure AD DS Security. The course is targeted to help learning Active Directory and do your job more efficiently. After completing this course, you will be able to:· Describe how to Secure domain controllers· Implementing account security.· Implementing audit authentication· Configuring managed service accounts In your organization’s information technology (IT) infrastructure, securing Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) domain controllers is a critical task. Domain controllers provide access to many different resources, and they contain information about users and their passwords. If a single domain controller is compromised, any objects in the same Active Directory domain or in any trusted domain are at risk of being compromised, too.The Windows Server 2016 operating system provides features and apps that you can use to help secure your network against security threats. The operating system provides measures to secure domain controllers by minimizing their attack surface and determining their domain-controller placements. The operating system also determines the AD DS roles that are used for administration and design, and implements password security, in addition to auditing when attacks occur. You also can use domain controllers to deploy security measures to other clients and servers in your Windows-based infrastructure.AD DS administrators must understand the threats to domain controllers and the methods that they can use to secure AD DS and its domain controllers. ObjectivesAfter completing this module, you will be able to:· Secure domain controllers.· Implement account security.· Implement audit authentication.· Configure managed service accounts (MSAs).

Medical Neuroscience explores the functional organization and neurophysiology of the human central nervous system, while providing a neurobiological framework for understanding human behavior. In this course, you will discover the organization of the neural systems in the brain and spinal cord that mediate sensation, motivate bodily action, and integrate sensorimotor signals with memory, emotion and related faculties of cognition. The overall goal of this course is to provide the foundation for understanding the impairments of sensation, action and cognition that accompany injury, disease or dysfunction in the central nervous system. The course will build upon knowledge acquired through prior studies of cell and molecular biology, general physiology and human anatomy, as we focus primarily on the central nervous system. This online course is designed to include all of the core concepts in neurophysiology and clinical neuroanatomy that would be presented in most first-year neuroscience courses in schools of medicine. However, there are some topics (e.g., biological psychiatry) and several learning experiences (e.g., hands-on brain dissection) that we provide in the corresponding course offered in the Duke University School of Medicine on campus that we are not attempting to reproduce in Medical Neuroscience online. Nevertheless, our aim is to faithfully present in scope and rigor a medical school caliber course experience. This course comprises six units of content organized into 12 weeks, with an additional week for a comprehensive final exam: - Unit 1 Neuroanatomy (weeks 1-2). This unit covers the surface anatomy of the human brain, its internal structure, and the overall organization of sensory and motor systems in the brainstem and spinal cord. - Unit 2 Neural signaling (weeks 3-4). This unit addresses the fundamental mechanisms of neuronal excitability, signal generation and propagation, synaptic transmission, post synaptic mechanisms of signal integration, and neural plasticity. - Unit 3 Sensory systems (weeks 5-7). Here, you will learn the overall organization and function of the sensory systems that contribute to our sense of self relative to the world around us: somatic sensory systems, proprioception, vision, audition, and balance senses. - Unit 4 Motor systems (weeks 8-9). In this unit, we will examine the organization and function of the brain and spinal mechanisms that govern bodily movement. - Unit 5 Brain Development (week 10). Next, we turn our attention to the neurobiological mechanisms for building the nervous system in embryonic development and in early postnatal life; we will also consider how the brain changes across the lifespan. - Unit 6 Cognition (weeks 11-12). The course concludes with a survey of the association systems of the cerebral hemispheres, with an emphasis on cortical networks that integrate perception, memory and emotion in organizing behavior and planning for the future; we will also consider brain systems for maintaining homeostasis and regulating brain state.

The human body has a system to protect its health, the immnue system. Immunology is the study focusing on the organizational structures and functions of immune system. It demonatrates remarkable features of high-speed development and intersections with multiple disciplines, and gradually formed frontier branches such as modern cellular immunology and immunogenetics. Meanwhile, immunology is an advanced discipline which is closely related to clinical applications. Therefore, immunology plays a key role in medcial science, and thus become an important compulsory course for the students of medicine or biology.

Physiology is the main course of medical specialty, it is an important basic course of medicine, and it is also the functional subject of medical students' first contact after completing the morphological course of human anatomy, histology and so on.         Physiology is the science of studying the law of life activity. It declares the internal mechanisms in the normal processes of human systems, organs and cells, especially the functional performance of organs and cells, and how the functional activities of each part of the human body as a whole coordinate and restrict each other, as well as the effects of changes in the internal and external environment on these activities.         It enable students to properly understand how system, tissue, organ and cell work and coordinate with each other, and lay the groundwork for following medical courses.

Medical immunology is a newly and rapidly developed subject to study the body’s defense against infections at cellular and molecular levels. It forms the basis of the medicine. In this course, we mainly focus on the important two forms of adaptive immune responses, humoral and cellular immunity, to introduce how specific T cells and B cells recognize and respond to the antigens. We will provide the general understanding of immune response as an overall dynamic process. Thus students can easily master the basic theory of medical immunology which is necessary for the students to learn the clinical medicine.
