While much of the attention has focused on hospital-based care, ambulatory nurses have been a vital source of innovation and resiliency in our communities and neighborhoods. This lecture will focus on the importance of ambulatory nurses and the need for this segment of the workforce to continue to drive healthcare innovation to improve not only access to care but the quality of care delivered. Presenter Wendy L. Wright DNP, ANP-BC, FNP-BC, FAANP, FAAN, FNAP Presenter Bio: Wendy Wright has worked in nursing for three decades. She has been an NP for the past 27 years. Wendy owns and operate two NP owned clinics in NH with more than 6500 patients. She has developed a model of care, which has been recognized on the state, and national level for quality based, comprehensive primary care. Wendy has also founded seven different businesses which continue to operate today.
