What You'll Be Doing Lead daily team operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safety expectations are consistently met Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and support team members to meet operational goals Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency Serve as a point of contact for issue resolution and escalation within the team Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound operational decisions Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and adapt to changing demands Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
