Starting Rate of Pay:

$18.70/hour

POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a part-time position. Responsible for cleaning the physical structures, the yard and dock areas of the facility to provide an attractive, clean, work environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Vacuum, sweep, mop and dust entire office areaEmpty trashClean restroomsPerform general yard work (cleans, picks up trash, cuts grass, maintains gardens)Maintain parking areas to keep free of trashClean dock and dock apronPerform minor building repair and paint as neededChange light bulbs in office area and on dockChange air conditioner filtersComply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/proceduresPerform other duties as required
