About the student 10th grade student The student needs to work with a tutor for support for his Earth & Space Science class. The student is a 10th grader attending George W Hewlett High School. The student is looking to work with a tutor to gain a stronger understanding of concepts and class materials, including improving his ability to comprehend diagrams. The student also aims to build effective test-taking skills to boost performance and confidence. The goal is for the student to improve confidence and develop the ability to work independently in order to strengthen overall academic performance. The family is asking for 1 hour sessions once a week, between 4pm-8pm on weekdays (Mon-Fri) or between 11am-6pm on weekends. The family is seeking a tutor who can meet at their home in Hewlett next to Parking Field H6. Qualifications Ideal candidates have prior experience working with high school students. Ideal candidates will have prior experience tutoring or teaching science. Willing to travel within your preferred local radius to meet the student (typically 5-10 miles) Due to insurance requirements, applicants must not be a minor.

SAT-SUN:
