11pm to 7am Caregiver

Overview Join our dedicated caregiving team as an 11pm to 7am Caregiver, where your compassion and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve. This overnight role offers a unique opportunity to provide vital support during the quiet hours, ensuring safety, comfort, and peace of mind for residents . You will be an essential part of a compassionate team committed to delivering high-quality care in a safe and nurturing environment. Your efforts will help promote independence, dignity, and well-being for individuals with diverse needs. Responsibilities Monitor residents' safety and well-being throughout the night by conducting regular resident observations. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs). Respond promptly to any emergencies or alarms. Document all observations, care provided, and any incidents accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations. Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and sanitary environment within the resident's space. Qualifications Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, or home & community care settings is highly preferred. Certifications such as CPR, first aid, and HIPAA compliance are required; additional training in dementia or Alzheimer's care is a plus. Ability to work independently Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and document care accurately. A compassionate attitude combined with reliability and attention to detail ensures the highest quality of care during overnight hours.
