Responsibilities:

Safely operate company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations Provide excellent customer service to patients, including assistance with wheelchair transfers and luggage management Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules, routes, and passenger manifests Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary supplies and equipment Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and office staff to ensure seamless transportation experiences Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education or training in a related field preferred 1 year of experience in transportation or a related field; experience working with vulnerable populations a plus Valid Driver License Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
