13 Wk Contract - Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview Our Nurse Practitioner will serve as a key clinical provider delivering specialized wound care services in a mobile setting. This role focuses on assessing, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic wounds while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. The NP will treat residents in a Long Term Care facility while maintaining close communication with supervising physicians and care teams.

8hr day shift Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic wounds Perform procedures (e.g., debridement, dressing changes) Develop and manage individualized care plans Collaborate with physicians and care teams Educate patients and caregivers Maintain accurate documentation Minimum Requirements Active NP license and board certification Active state license DEA license (or eligible) 1-2 years' experience preferred Wound care or home health experience preferred Active malpractice insurance required
