We are seeking an experienced Integrated Operations Leader (IOL) to drive business development for our strategic client, Johnson & Johnson (J&J). The successful candidate will serve as a pivotal resource, leveraging online tools and collaborating across teams to ensure the highest quality of service delivery and strategic alignment with J&J affiliate sites.
Our IOL is responsible for:
Business Development Activities:
Utilize online tools daily (Hubspot, JJEDs, Fieldglass & KSN) for strategic alignment and reporting. Log and track all interactions with J&J business partners in Hubspot, manage contacts, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with OOP Sales teams, IOL peers, and Kelly Managed Solutions teams on localized/global strategies and new business initiatives. Attend bi-weekly IOL team calls to share best practices and discuss new business pursuits. Conduct initial strategic partner meetings/presentations; identify outsourcing opportunities and escalate to OOP Sales Leaders as appropriate. Provide support and engagement for current Kelly

contractors, address business challenges. Partner with onsite/offsite operations teams for awareness and coaching sessions regarding managed solutions opportunities. Oversee daily service delivery follow-up for recruitment efforts; communicate issues to OOP team as needed. Support targeted goals for affiliate development (e.g., R D, other business areas). Act as the primary initial point of contact for local business partners; propose initial solutions and coordinate further action with OOP. Organize meetings with business partners, OOP, and managed solutions peers. Serve as the central HUB of Kelly operations for affiliate sites. Assist in stakeholder strategy development, including organizational mapping/mining of JJEDS data. Manage candidate submittal progress for open managed solutions orders and report challenges/delays to OOP leadership.
Operational Activities:
Provide day-to-day support to affiliates and assist operations as needed. Respond to phone/email inquiries from contractors and stakeholders. Support contractor administration, including payroll and absences. Address J&J partner needs, including eMP PO queries, contractor performance, and staffing changes. Attend internal Kelly meetings, both face-to-face and virtual. Conduct daily service delivery follow-ups and report activities weekly to OOP management.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:
Minimum of 5 years in contingent workforce solutions, staffing, or HR operations, preferably supporting large enterprise clients
Industry Knowledge:
Proven experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device sectors is highly advantageous
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced experience with Hubspot (CRM), Fieldglass (VMS),
JJEDs, KSN, and ARIBA Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to stakeholders and lead meetings Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders at various levels Strong business acumen and analytical skills; proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and organizational mapping Excellent organizational and time management abilities; capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines Collaborative work style, able to work effectively cross-functionally with global/local teams Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent changes and new initiatives Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred Experience working within Johnson & Johnson or similar regulated enterprises preferred Prior experience with contingent labor vendor management and outsourcing models preferred PMP or similar project management certification preferred Base compensation range for this position is $72,875 - $98,500 annually. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
