Pay Range:

$48,500-$71,183 (based on '25-'26 salary schedule)

Salary:

Salary placement is decided based on our Certified Salary schedule and also dependent on the employee's education and/or work experience. Certified/Licensed employees will be granted one (1) year for each full year of contractual and/or work experience up to a maximum of nine (9) years.

Position Summary:

The Classroom Teacher for Eaton School District RE-2 provides high-quality, standards-based instruction aligned with Colorado Academic Standards and district curriculum to support student learning, achievement, and growth. The teacher creates a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes academic success and positive student behavior. Responsibilities include planning and delivering effective instruction; assessing and monitoring student progress; and using data to inform instructional practices. The Classroom Teacher collaborates with colleagues, specialists, and administration to support student success, communicates regularly with families regarding student progress, and differentiates instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. The position also includes participation in professional development and school initiatives to support continuous improvement and high levels of student achievement across the district.
