Job Description
- This position is eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The first half ($500) is payable after successful completion of the orientation period and the second half ($500) is payable after one year of employment.
- The regularly scheduled hours for this position are 5:30AM-2:00PM, Monday through Friday.
- Summary
- The Floater Trainee will be utilized in all production areas of the foundry department as needed.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability
