1st Shift TIG Welder

Job Title:

TIG Welder / Fabricator Essential Skills Proven TIG welding experience in stainless steel, including the ability to produce clean, high-quality welds in horizontal and vertical positions. Experience in stainless steel fabrication, including cutting tube, grinding, polishing, bending, and assembly. Ability to read and understand blueprints, shop drawings, project plans, and weld symbols. Ability to follow detailed assembly and fabrication instructions accurately. Proficiency using measurement tools such as tape measures, calipers, and protractors, with a solid understanding of both metric and imperial systems of measurement. Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry to layout and fabrication tasks. Ability to perform accurate layout work for fabrication and assembly. Capability to operate welding equipment and common metalworking machinery such as band saws, drill presses, punch presses, bar and pipe benders, brakes, grinders, and polishers. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to troubleshoot and resolve practical issues in the shop. Ability to meet high production demands while consistently producing high-quality work. Ability to safely lift up to sixty pounds as part of daily duties. Strong safety awareness and willingness to adhere to all safety processes and procedures. Ability and willingness to follow and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Reliable attendance, a sense of urgency in completing tasks, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of
