Key Responsibilities:

Operate tortilla production machinery efficiently and safely to meet daily production targets Monitor equipment performance and perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed Ensure the quality and consistency of tortillas by adhering to established standards and specifications Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area Assist in the preparation and packaging of finished products Record production data accurately and report any issues to supervisors Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Skills and Qualifications:
