Assignment Experience (What You Can Expect) (When available, ESS Clinical shares real assignment details early in the process) Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Exposure to a variety of grade levels (PreK-12 opportunities) 1-2 building placement when possible Collaborative teams including Psychologists, Counselors, Intervention Specialists, and Administration Your Impact as an SLP You'll support students' speech, language, and communication development while helping schools create environments where students can succeed academically and socially. Core Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Provide direct speech-language therapy (individual and group) Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Support
