Aug 17, 2026 Job Description Develops and implements specialized curriculum to challenge high-potential students through differentiation, acceleration, and enrichment. They identify gifted students, address their unique social-emotional needs (e.g., perfectionism), and collaborate with staff to provide advanced learning opportunities Coach teachers throughout all phases of the teaching, learning, and instructional decision-making process in order to move teachers toward consistent and exemplary teaching practice. Conduct co-taught lessons, classroom observations (with pre and post conferences), planning sessions, and learning sessions with teachers. Model and coach teachers to realize the vision, achieve the mission, and conduct their work according to the core values of the Clarion-Goldfield-Dows CSD. Provide support and knowledge that inspires and encourages the professional growth of teachers Take on leadership and/or facilitative roles in work involving professional learning communities, data teams, collaboration, and professional development. Assist in all professional development activities, including presenting on defined educational topics or dynamics and appropriate follow-up activities. Participate in all instructional rounds events. Serve in leadership roles building-wide. Serve as support for beginning teachers on a regular basis. Establish and demonstrate positive human relations with colleagues, parents, staff, and community. Collaborate with building principal and district instructional coach each on a weekly basis using Student Centered Coaching Meeting Protocol. Summer School leadership, organization, and curriculum development. Investigates and leads curriculum adoption, development, and implementation.
