2026 - Lead Welder/Fabricator

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with experience working on manufacturing environments. This role involves performing precise welding, cutting, and assembly tasks to produce high-quality metal components and structures in accordance with industry standards and project specifications. The position offers an opportunity to work with advanced fabrication equipment and contribute to diverse projects requiring mechanical expertise and attention to detail. Duties Perform MIG, and weld on various metals including sheet metal and pipe components Operate power tools, hand tools, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Perform pipe threading, soldering, machining, and assembly tasks as required for projects Follow ASME codes & standards for welding and fabrication processes Maintain a clean and organized work area while always adhering to safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing facilities involving welding and fabrication Proficiency in MIG, welding techniques and experience preferred Knowledge of power tools, and hand tools Familiarity with ASME codes & standards related to welding and fabrication processes Mechanical knowledge including pipe threading, machining, soldering, and assembly skills Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication tasks Ability to operate forklifts or other heavy machinery is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Lead Welder/Fabricator if you're passionate about craftsmanship combined with leadership!
