About the role:

Phantom Fireworks is seeking motivated operators to manage seasonal fireworks stands during the July selling season. This is a performance-based opportunity ideal for individuals or groups looking to generate substantial seasonal income in a short period of time. Operators are responsible for overseeing daily stand operations, staffing, customer service, and sales performance throughout the season. Successful operators are self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Compensation is based on a percentage of total stand sales. Average operator earnings range from $5,000 to $10,000+, with top-performing locations exceeding those amounts .

Operator Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a seasonal fireworks stand Recruit and manage a small team of 2-4 individuals Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized sales environment Operate the point-of-sale system and manage cash handling procedures Maintain inventory accuracy and follow all company policies and safety procedures Work the full seasonal schedule, including extended peak business hours Coordinate with Phantom support staff throughout the sales season

July 5-6 Peak operating hours may include 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM shifts during high-volume sales days.
