• Are you an experienced ABA paraprofessional looking for meaningful, consistent work with a supportive team? Join us in Attleboro, MA, where you'll help elementary school-aged students build independence, confidence, and essential life skills in a structured and positive environment.

You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA support to elementary school-aged students Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Collect data and track student progress Collaborate with educators and clinical staff Create a supportive, respectful, and motivating learning environment

• What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience as an ABA paraprofessional / behavior technician Experience working with adolescents or in school-based settings preferred Reliable, professional, and compassionate Strong communication, teamwork skills, and toileting included Ability to commit to a consistent Monday-Friday schedule

• Minimum Requirements:

• + High School diploma or equivalent required + Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice + Current CPR if applicable + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age
