West Texas Centers is searching for highly motivated individuals to perform on-going Case Coordination to provide liaison services between Law Enforcement, County Jails. Working closely with the Howard Co Sheriffs office and the Big Spring Police Department, Position Incentives include, flexible schedules, and rewarding work environment. $21.84 Job Functions include assisting individuals in gaining needed services: access to medical, social, vocational, educational Transition plan development coordination of services service monitoring advocacy crisis resolution engaging clients in activities designed to reduce the symptoms of mental illness and to increase the ability of the individual to function in the community. Requires flexible hours, involves extensive paperwork, and will require self-directed performance. Travel and the use of a personal vehicle is required.
