Full-time Job Overview Wage:
$44,720.00 at hourly wage and not salary, overtime would be included at 1.5 times hourly wage.
Hours:
75% Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm 25% Flexibility as program needs may require
Knowledge and Skills:
Basic knowledge of the guidelines of 245D, and willingness to learn Keeping your program house compliant with Adult Foster Care Guidelines Budgeting Skills for House Budgets Scheduling Medical and Psychiatric appointments for clients Able to take directions from Management Team Knowledge of computerized charting systems, Willingness to learn Leading your House Team-Leadership Skills Organizational Skills Asking questions to clarify issues if not understanding Teamwork and Communication Skills Eagerness to learn Personal Values we are looking for:
