High school diploma required; Post-secondary training or experience in educational office administration preferred.Summary:
Support the Chief Academic Officer and other district-level staff by coordinating key operational and program functions across departments. Oversee budgets, purchase orders, and resource allocation to ensure effective implementation of instructional and student service initiatives. Manage district assessment processes and ensure compliance with federal programs, including Title requirements, reporting, and audits. Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate key operational and program functions across departments in support of the Chief Academic Officer and district-level staff. Manage and monitor budgets, including preparation, tracking, and reconciliation of funds. Process and oversee purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with district procedures. Ensure compliance with state and federal assessment requirements and guidelines. Oversee implementation and compliance of all federal Title programs (e.g., Title I, Title II-A, Title III). Monitor federal program budgets, expenditures, and allowable use of funds. Support audits and monitoring processes related to federal programs and funding. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure alignment of academic and student service initiatives. Maintain accurate records and documentation for financial, assessment, and federal program activities. Assist in developing processes to improve efficiency, organization, and compliance across programs. Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Academic Officer.Position Type:
