We are currently seeking a Team Lead to join our 2nd shift to support daily operations in our baggage door department. In this role, you will lead the team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and oversee router, press brake, and assembly processes. You will be responsible for hands-on work as well as leading the team to meet production, quality, and safety goals. The right person for this position will have excellent communication and decision-making skills, the ability to self-manage and multitask, and the ability to foster a positive team environment. Shift:

2nd Shift | 1:00pm-9:00pm

Job Requirements:

Lead, coach and support a team of approximately 10 team members across 3 departments Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining quality standards Assist with hands on assembly by using hand and measuring tools Assist with running a router and aluminum press brake Read and interpret blueprints Train new team members and support ongoing development What we're looking for: Previous manufacturing/assembly experience Prior leadership or team lead experience Strong understanding of blueprint reading High attention to detail Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Bilingual preferred with strong communication skills
