2nd Shift Industrial Laborer

Zircoa is looking for a crushing operator/ Industrial Laborer whole will weigh, measure, crush, size, de-iron, blend, and warehouse all materials used for production. The essential functions of this role include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

Performs in process measurements using analytic instruments and documents results as necessary. Operates or utilizes all crushers, blenders, dust collectors, magnetic separators, screeners, hand and power trucks. Climbs mezzanine stairwells to operate equipment. Sets-up and maintains equipment to achieve maximum selections within the limits of the appropriate specification. Obtains material from warehouse and moves to crusher, mill, blender, magnetic separator, or screener for processing. Takes samples of material for in-process checks and submits to QC. Adjusts process according to QC lab reports. Submits final sample after processing is completed. Packages, labels and receipts acceptable material to stock or finish goods warehouse. Completes and submits issue and receipt paperwork for all finished materials. Performs low level maintenance on equipment, i.e., lubricating, changing worn or malfunctioning parts with the assistance of trades' personnel as required. Thoroughly cleans all equipment and systems prior to material change-over as required. Participates in training new operators.

Qualifications:

High school Diploma 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
