$250.00 RETENTION BONUS! We are currently seeking a qualified individual for our Part-Time Packer position, to join our Nottingham, PA team!

SCHEDULE

Monday-Thursday SHIFT:

3:30pm-11pm Additional hours may be required due to business demands.

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED

Must complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen, as well as a preplacement screening which tests the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.

COMPETENCIES YOU BRING

Must be able to lift 25 pounds. Must be able to work with latex gloves, airborne seasoning, cardboard dust, cleaning solutions, and hot water. Must be able to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS YOU BRING

Must be at least 18 years of age. Good balance on slippery surfaces. Sustain concentration for up to 3 hours at a time. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assemble and label boxes to be filled with products off the production line. Ensure proper seals, codes, dates, and prices on product bags and cases are correct. Take defective products off the production line. Clean and sanitize the work area and plant equipment. Ensure that manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system, including production orders, materials, and finished goods. Update and maintain ERP records to reflect real-time data, including production status, material usage, and equipment maintenance. Enter production and manufacturing data into the ERP system, including raw material consumption, machine usage, labor hours, and quality control data. Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with the necessary teams to ensure timely material replenishment. Other ERP responsibilities and other duties as assigned. About Herr Foods Inc.
