2nd Shift Production Assistant

PeopleShare, Inc. is actively recruiting a Production Assistant for a specialized manufacturing client located in Robbinsville, NJ. This is a critical, high-impact role responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations and ensuring optimal production flow. As a Production Assistant, you will be a key contributor to the team, utilizing your mechanical aptitude to assist with machine changeovers and material handling. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining a safe, organized, and fast-paced production environment.

M-F 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Pay Rate:

$20/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Assist press operators with machine changeovers to maximize production efficiency. Perform general utility duties to support continuous workflow across the manufacturing floor. Handle raw materials, including loading and unloading materials, to maintain proper inventory levels. Keep work areas clean, organized, and fully compliant with site safety standards. Support operators and supervisors with additional tasks and operational demands as needed. Safely and comfortably lift up to 40 lbs regularly throughout the shift. Adhere to all facility policies, following instructions carefully to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Mandatory:

Previous experience working within a production or manufacturing environment. Demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial tools or machinery. Experience operating or working around press machines is highly preferred, but not required. Proven track record of high reliability and consistent, punctual attendance. Ability to follow technical instructions accurately and execute tasks safely. Physical capability to perform hands-on work, including regular heavy lifting up to 40 lbs.
