The Role:
The Shift Supervisor will lead day-to-day operations across a high-volume manufacturing floor. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving productivity, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring quality output across multiple production areas including machine shop, panel production, and lamination. This individual will act as a working leader on the floor, guiding teams in real time, improving processes, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety protocols. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a leadership style that balances accountability with team development.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and developing production teams in a fast-paced environment Driving efficiency, throughput, and quality across operations Ensuring compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations Collaborating cross-functionally to support production goals Implementing and maintaining SOPs, 5S practices, and continuous improvement initiatives Coaching and mentoring employees at varying experience levels
Benefits and Compensation:
Base salary ranging from $75K to $85K, with potential up to $90K for highly experienced candidates Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with company match Opportunity for career growth within a scaling organization #
