2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Oversee the operation of forklifts and power tools, ensuring proper use and safety compliance. Conduct regular inspections of assembly lines and workstations to maintain optimal workflow. Train new employees on factory procedures, safety protocols, and use of machinery or hand tools. Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and inventory logs for accountability and continuous improvement. Skills Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with hands-on assembly line work. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely. Warehouse experience is preferred for managing materials flow efficiently. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and foster a positive work environment. Knowledge of safety regulations related to manufacturing operations and equipment handling. Ability to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly and effectively using mechanical skills. Effective communication skills for training staff, reporting issues, and collaborating with management.
