3D Pool Designer & Sales Specialist Lusso Pool Design | Pinellas County, FL Lusso Pool Design is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented 3D Pool Designer & Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is a unique role combining creative design and client-facing sales, perfect for someone who can bring outdoor spaces to life and confidently close deals.

What You'll Do:

Design custom pools, spas, and outdoor living spaces using Structure Studios (Pool Studio / VIP3D) Meet with homeowners to understand their vision and present designs Create high-end, visually appealing 3D renderings Build proposals and guide clients through the sales process Follow up with leads and help close deals Work closely with our construction team to ensure designs are executed properly

What We're Looking For:

Experience with Structure Studios (Pool Studio / VIP3D) required Sales experience (construction, pools, or home improvement is a plus) Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and results-driven Eye for design and attention to detail Ability to manage leads and stay organized

Compensation:

Base + Commission (or commission-heavy for high performers) High earning potential for closers
