3rd Shift Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join a busy production environment. This role focuses on preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to keep equipment operating efficiently and safely. Experience in food manufacturing maintenance is highly preferred. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair production machinery Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment Work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic electronic systems Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and SOP standards Support a team-oriented, family-owned environment Qualifications Prior experience in maintenance within a production or manufacturing setting (food industry preferred) Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and SOP procedures Spanish language skills are a plus
