This role is ideal for a hands-on technical professional who excels at troubleshooting, machine maintenance, and keeping production equipment running at peak performance. Position Overview The Lead Machine Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production machinery while serving as the primary technical resource for operators on the shift. This role requires deep mechanical understanding, the ability to diagnose equipment issues quickly, and the initiative to resolve problems with minimal downtime. The position also supports operator training and promotes adherence to standard operating procedures.
