Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team as 3rd Shift Production Operators. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working during overnight hours to ensure continuous production flow. As a key member of our manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and maintaining safety standards to meet production goals efficiently. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will contribute directly to the quality and success of our manufacturing processes. This position is ideal for those with factory experience who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to producing high-quality products. 3rd shift 10: 00pm to 6: 00am Monday-Friday, some OT/weekends $18.50/hr Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently during the overnight shift Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical techniques according to specifications Conduct routine inspections of equipment and products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and productivity Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of tools Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance on machinery as needed Experience Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, especially in assembly line environments Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly processes Knowledge of manufacturing safety procedures and practices Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical troubleshooting skills www.
