Shifts:

3rd Shift Lead a team of Quality Inspectors, oversee manufacturing projects, and gain experience with multiple production processes! Quick Job Highlights Supervise Quality Inspectors to ensure safety, quality, and performance standards Manage project setup, deliverables, and team member expectations Act as interim leader when Project Supervisor is unavailable Train inspectors and provide ongoing coaching for consistent results Build and maintain strong customer relationships Responsibilities Lead and coach teams to meet project goals Inspect parts and verify quality standards Ensure all team members have proper tools, gauges, and equipment Communicate with customer contacts regarding job requirements Complete required paperwork, training, and follow company policies Support ongoing team training and project communication Qualifications Flexible and adaptable to varying manufacturing environments Positive attitude, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus Why Join Stratosphere Quality?
