You'll build life-long friendships at Crosslake Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing . Our HVAC Installer is primarily responsible for installing forced air duct, equipment, hydronics, and gas lines. We work directly with multiple Premier Custom Home Builders. Responsibilities and Qualifications include but are not limited to: Four years minimum Lead HVAC Installer experience. Experience in Hydronics, In-floor heat, and boiler install preferred. Experience in Ductless Split installation preferred. Ability to lead, direct, and give instructions to apprentices. Accurately and efficiently install top of the line residential HVAC equipment in our new construction, customers' homes. Ability to read prints relevant to HVAC Installers. Experience with Central Air Flow Systems, Boilers, In-floor, Hydronics, duct, and water heaters. Attention to detail, accurate documentation of hours, and material per job. Ability to retro fit HVAC equipment replacement. Maintain communication with your manager, parts and installation teams. Keep your company truck clean, inside and out as an orderly HVAC Installer. Keep your truck inventory up to date. Properly complete paperwork. Maintain a clean and professional appearance. Have and maintain a clean driving record. Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. Have or be willing to get the proper certifications.
