About us FACTS Inc. is a third-party retirement plan administration firm founded in 1974. We have permanent locations in Plymouth, IN and Crawfordsville, IN. You will be learning all aspects of retirement plan administration including trust accounting basics, specialized software, and IRS/DOL rules & regulations. Strong communication skills, integrity, computer skills, and the ability to self-pace/multi-task are essential. An aptitude for numbers and/or solid accounting skills are a definite plus. This is a career-oriented, professional position with a stable company. Specific training will be provided for the right candidate.
