Responsibilities Teach core elementary subjects using the BJU Press curriculum Create engaging and organized lesson plans Maintain a positive classroom culture using PBIS practices Integrate biblical principles and Christian values into daily instruction Utilize classroom technology effectively for instruction and communication Communicate professionally with parents, staff, and administration Support students academically, socially, and spiritually Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities Qualifications Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a classroom setting OR a Bachelor's degree Strong classroom management and communication skills Technology proficiency required/ monitor student data Passion for working with students and supporting their growth Commitment to fostering a positive and godly learning environment Previous teaching experience preferred, but not required What We Offer Competitive salary based on education and experience 170 days with students Duty-free lunch, a 45-minute planning in school and one hour planning at home-daily Small class sizes Supportive faculty and administration Positive, Christ-centered work environment Opportunities for professional growth Complete Curriculum provided
