We constantly acquire new skills and learn from our experiences to enhance our collective expertise The Senior QC Specialist / Business Analyst will support planning and supply activities for the biological critical reagents (BCR) group. This role sits at the intersection of Quality Control, supply planning, and capital projects, and is responsible for translating demand signals into actionable supply plans that support both laboratory and manufacturing operations. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across functions.Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain supply plans and schedules for biological critical reagents supporting large molecule operations Translate forecasted demand and project needs into detailed, executable plans Partner with QC laboratories, manufacturing, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines Coordinate procurement and ordering of raw materials to support uninterrupted supply Support capital projects and long-term initiatives by ensuring reagent supply readiness Evaluate and communicate risks, constraints, and trade-offs, including upstream and downstream impacts Drive improvements in planning processes, data visibility, and forecasting accuracy Manage multiple priorities through effective project management and organizational skills Maintain clear, proactive communication with internal customers and stakeholdersJob Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or analytical discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute across multiple workstreams and stakeholders Effective communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with technical teams Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results Exposure to supply chain, planning, or inventory management processes Familiarity with GMP-regulated environments For US geography, the salary range for this position is shown below. The actual salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, market demand, and competitive market practice. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range.
