A-B LEVEL AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled A-B Level Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will perform a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring vehicles are operating safely and efficiently. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service by diagnosing issues accurately and executing repairs with precision. MINIMUM 5YRS EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities Conduct thorough diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify vehicle issues quickly and accurately. Perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, and electrical systems. Repair and replace components such as belts, hoses, filters, brakes, and suspension parts following manufacturer specifications. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical problems effectively. Execute wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized tools to complete repairs efficiently. Maintain detailed repair records and communicate clearly with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and recommended services. Requirements Proven experience as an automotive technician with dealership or independent shop background preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle makes and models; experience with GM vehicles is a plus. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics software and electrical systems troubleshooting. Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and repair guides accurately. Hands-on experience with ADAS systems calibration, diesel engine repair, welding, and auto body repair is desirable. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes, fluid replacements, tire rotations, and inspections. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems combined with the ability to work safely with power tools and hand tools. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
