Job Description

Position Overview:
Are you a high-efficiency producer who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We have a Senior Foreman to lead the shop—now we need a qualified A Technician to own the bays. We are looking for a "flat-rate rockstar" who can turn wrenches with precision and speed, hitting flag-time goals consistently without compromising on quality or safety.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3-5+ years of professional automotive repair experience (Required).
Performance Mindset:
Proven ability to work in a flag-hour/flat-rate environment and maintain high efficiency (100%+ billing).
Certification:
At least 3-4 ASE certifications (A1-A8) or equivalent journeyman-level training (Preferred).
Tech-Forward:
Comfortable using Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) via tablet to document work and communicate with Service Advisors.
Core Responsibilities:
High-Volume Execution:
Get jobs done on time and accurately—from standard maintenance and brakes to mid-level engine and suspension repairs.
Efficiency & Accuracy:
Follow standard labor times while maintaining a "fixed right the first time" approach to minimize comebacks. The "DVI"
Process:
Support our bilingual advisors by providing clear photos/videos during inspections so they can sell the work you find.
Self-Management:
Proactively manage your own workflow and bay to ensure a steady stream of "billed hours" throughout the shift.
Team Collaboration:
Take direction from the Shop Foreman and work seamlessly with our Service Advisors to meet daily shop production goals. Why Join Us?
