Glen Rock, PA Pay:

up to $125,000+ per year | Hybrid Pay Plan (guaranteed base + performance bonuses) This is a full-time, in-person role. Five days a week, 40 hours, no weekends. You'll work in a structured environment where the front and back of the shop are actually on the same page. What You'll Do You'll be the person who figures out what's actually wrong and fixes it right the first time.

Diagnosing domestic and light import vehicles, including electrical, drivability, and mechanical issues Using modern scan tools and electrical testing equipment with confidence Performing thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections with photos and notes Completing repairs efficiently without creating comebacks Working as part of a professional, team-oriented shop Where You'll Work You'll have what you need to do your job well: A clean, organized shop, because a cluttered shop costs you time Steady workflow, this shop stays busy Clear processes so you're not guessing what happens next A front counter that communicates with the back, not one that works against it Leaders who invest in your training and development You won't be rushed into guessing.
