SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
(position titles directly reporting to this position): Warehouse Associates assigned to working area.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Develop and maintain productive, effective, and professional relationships with peers, superiors, and others. Represent the company in a positive and supportive manner at all times.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & FUNCTIONS
Lead and assign job responsibilities to all department personnel as directed by the department supervisor. Ensure all team members arrive on time, take scheduled breaks or lunches as required and stay within the scheduled time frames. A department Lead is responsible for productivity tasks and to keep a steady work flow within the department and dependent Fulfillment departments Assist in identifying associates that perform below the set goals and retrain if necessary. Train team members on proper procedures as directed by the department supervisor. Verifying all processes are performed accurately and to ensure completeness of the job. Must be able to clearly communicate with Leadership/Management of any issues. Must be able to assist department trainers. Must be able to multi-task. Ensure associates have the equipment & tools needed to perform duties successful. Delegate tasks and functions to associates. Perform regular department safety walkthroughs and follow safety protocols & policies. Remain in communication with leadership & management to ensure support is available. Communicate regular headcounts of the shift to report any changes in the depart. Report any safety concerns & incidents to the designated parties.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
The following are the required qualifications an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Education/Experience:
1 to 2 years' experience with facility maintenance in a medium to large distribution center or manufacturing operation.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
The following are the required competencies an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. Proficient understanding of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must be able to Read, Write, and Speak English. Must have patience and the capability to train/teach associates. Ability to learn to operate RF Scanner and other necessary job tools. Ability to operate equipment & lift to 50 lbs. Ability to problem solve Ability to understand all functions through training. Ability to follow safety procedures Highly motivated, a team-player, and self-starter Must be willing to cross-train outside of your immediate department. Demonstrate high levels of dependability. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required

Experience working effectively under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities Highly motivated, a team player and motivated self-starter Knowledge of OSHA compliance is a plus Conversational Spanish skills a plus Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets Experience in using Microsoft Outlook and Word programs Multi-task in a fast paced work environment that has a strong customer focus. Work as a team member by interacting and communicating with co-workers and managers in a cooperative constructive manner. $24.13 - $27.16 The salary range posted reflects the estimated minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in:
