Job Description

We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)/ ABA Therapists. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with autism and providing exceptional patient care. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism through evidence-based interventions and compassionate care.
Hours and Locations:
Day & After School hours for cases in Bergen County, Passaic County, Sussex County, and Hudson County. Home & School Based
  • Choose your own hours: Monday to Friday & Weekends as needed Responsibilities for
BCBA/BCaBA:
  • Conduct patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to support individuals with autism
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Co-assessment of new students and devise individualized programs;
  • Create and maintain program binders;
  • Develop student schedules/materials;
  • Analyze data and modify programs accordingly;
  • Write behavior plans and progress reports;
  • Work directly with students to demonstrate programmatic strategies;
  • Attend IEP meetings when necessary;
  • Provide parent training; Bridge gaps between home and school;
  • Train instructors;
  • Schedule meetings/clinics with all team. Duties of ABA Instructors include but are not limited to:
  • Provide data based ABA based intervention;
  • Collect data and graph;
  • Analyze data on graphs and flag problem areas;
  • Maintain learned skills;
  • Assess reinforcement potency;
  • Provide written report of progress or lack of on session notes;
  • Receive continued training and collaborate with coordinator;
  • Provide parent training;
  • Prepare and organize teaching materials and teaching settings;
  • Shadow students in inclusion settings and home setting for virtual instruction.
Experience and Required Skills:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with individuals with autism
  • Proficient in patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation
  • Strong knowledge of special education practices
  • Familiarity with medical documentation and HIPAA regulations
  • BCBA Applicants must hold MA and have 5+ years experience in the field of ABA.
  • ABA Instructors must possess a BA in the related field of Special Education or Psychology and have 3+ years clinical experience.
