as an ABA Therapist/Behavior Therapist in Holmdel, NJ!

WE HAVE A SPECIFIC CASE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT

IN HOME:

MONDAY-FRIDAY 4-7PM. POSSIBILITY OF MORE HOURS.

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children and families to implement effective behavioral interventions and support their growth. Be a part of a passionate team dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs. Monitor and document client progress, adjusting strategies as necessary. Collaborate with families and caregivers to enhance therapeutic outcomes. Provide training and support to parents on behavior management techniques. Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards. Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

CERTIFICATION PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED WE WILL PAY FOR RBT CERTIFICATION

Experience working with children with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with families. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to client success. Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques is essential. Reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
