• Full-time Job Summary We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Collections Specialist who is interested in growing with the organization.

You will play a key role in managing and recovering delinquent accounts, using your knowledge and experience to decide when to negotiate and when a repo is justified. You will work closely with our customers to establish payment arrangements and ensure timely collections, contributing directly to the financial success of our dealership. Duties Contact customers to negotiate payment solutions for delinquent accounts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, payment arrangements, and account statuses in the appropriate systems. Develop and implement collection strategies that encourage prompt payments while maintaining a positive customer relationship. Handle customer disputes and negotiate to resolve issues while adhering to company policies and compliance regulations. Collaborate with the sales and finance departments to understand contract terms and assist with customer inquiries. Provide regular reports on collection activity and account receivable status to the management team. Requirements 3-5 years of collections experience preferred. Title experience. Active Notary commission. Excellent phone etiquette combined with customer service skills to handle sensitive conversations professionally. Demonstrated expertise in the full collections cycle, including skip tracing, risk assessment, and courthouse‑related processes. Effective negotiation skills to secure payment agreements while preserving customer relationships.
