Account & Consumer Manager

We want you to join our team! Account Managers are the most important part of our law firm. They are the connection between businesses and customers and are responsible for communicating directly with our customers, courts, attorneys, & businesses. No Experience Required! Recent college grads are encouraged to apply. Military Veterans are welcomed.

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who are professional, ethical, hardworking, goal oriented, and team players with a good work history and good attendance. High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) Certificate is required. Must pass a background check prior to employment. Spanish speaking is a plus but not required. Please indicate when applying. Proficient personal computer skills. Strong interpersonal communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills. Knowledge and understanding of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act or the ability to obtain such knowledge through the company training that will be provided. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Ability to provide feedback to management concerning possible opportunities for areas of improvement.

Responsibilities:

Handle high volume of inbound calls in effort to negotiate repayment plans with customers to attempt to bring resolution to unpaid customer accounts. Analyze each Consumer's unique situation, create and negotiate repayment of past due obligations consistent with guidelines and requirements. Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills while upholding integrity and a strong sense of ethics. Engage in timely follow up and maintain open lines of communication. Research and update Consumer contact information. Document work accurately and timely. Maintain and utilize a thorough understanding of State and Federal laws and regulations related to Debt Collection compliance.
