Job Description

We are a family owned and operated business searching for an Account Executive to join our team! We have been in business for over 30 year's, and we offer a full benefits package, and the opportunity to work with the Accounting team at our corporate office. Benefits included after 30 day's of employment: medical, dental, vision, company paid life insurance, various ancillary benefits. Additional benefits include 401k, eligible after 1 year of employment and a total of 1200 hours recorded (company match included). Position Overview The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with media agencies, OOH operators, and direct clients while overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. This role translates client campaign objectives into clear installation scopes, coordinating closely with operations to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to specification. The AE serves as the primary point of contact throughout each campaign, providing updates on production and installation, while proactively identifying opportunities to upsell, renew, and expand accounts within the outdoor advertising space. Success in this role is measured by achieving and exceeding monthly and annual revenue targets, maintaining high client retention rates, and consistently expanding the company's presence within the OOH market. Essential Functions Develop and manage relationships with media buyers, agencies, printers, OOH operators, and direct clients Identify and close new business opportunities within the outdoor advertising and installation market Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing Translate client campaign goals into installation scopes, timelines, and budgets Monitor operations and installation teams to ensure accurate execution of campaigns Create proposals, estimates, and contracts aligned with client expectations and operational capabilities Monitor client satisfaction, driving renewals and upsell opportunities Stay current on OOH trends, materials, formats (bulletins, transit, wallscapes, digital), and local permitting requirements Educational/Training Requirements 2-5+ years of experience in the OOH (out-of-home) advertising industry Proven success in sales or account management within OOH, media, or advertising services Strong knowledge of OOH formats, production, and installation workflows Experience working with media agencies, OOH operators, or related vendors Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business tools (Excel, Google Workspace, etc.) Valid CA Driver's License We are motivated to hire as soon as possible, apply today.
