In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our client base, nurturing strong business relationships, and delivering tailored technology sales solutions that meet diverse client needs. Your enthusiasm for business development combined with your expertise in B2B sales will empower you to identify new opportunities, negotiate effectively, and lead strategic account management initiatives. Duties Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities within target markets. Engage in warm calling to establish initial contact with prospective clients and build rapport. Lead negotiations to close deals that align with client needs while maximizing value for the company. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service, understanding client requirements, and fostering long-term relationships. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze performance metrics. Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify emerging opportunities in technology sales. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, especially within a trade Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Controls are a plus Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills that inspire confidence and trust. Demonstrated ability in business development, account management, and strategic planning. Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing customer relationships effectively. Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, sales trends, and customer feedback for continuous improvement. Experience in technical sales or marketing is highly desirable to understand complex product offerings. Ability to perform warm calling confidently while maintaining a professional yet energetic approach. Leadership qualities that enable collaboration across teams and influence decision-making processes.
